Tonight was a special night in downtown Elizabeth City as our own Bobby Plough and Texan favorite Michael O'Connor treated an enthusiastic sold out crowd of greater than 200 to a good 'ol Texas Songwriter Showcase. And based on the reaction of those in attendance, there will likely be quite a few other people to count these aural delicacies as their own favorites hence forth. Following a standing ovation at the close of the show, yours truly noted a line at the station where each of these gentleman had CDs on sale (Bobby's introductory CD, Barn Full of Memories, and Michael's latest, Hard Times)
